Linden Rowley - Principal Associate
Linden has worked in the voluntary and community sector at local and national level and in local government with responsibility for a broad spectrum of community, neighbourhood and regeneration services. Her focus has been on equalities, diversity and inclusion and working closely with local communities.
At the Institute she has taken a leading role in the development of our work on tension monitoring, working closely with the Metropolitan Police Service. Linden has also contributed to projects relating to the development of understanding of Muslim diversity and key community engagement and cohesion issues in Derby, Leicester and Nottingham. She works extensively with senior officers and elected members developing capacity in the areas of equalities, diversity and cohesion. Linden played a major role in the LGA report Estimating the Scale and Impacts of Migration at the Local Level.
