iCoCo LDU

iCoCo LDU (Learning and Development Unit) is the training arm of iCoCo and provides bespoke training in all aspects of community and workforce cohesion. We offer a full range of training options including accredited postgraduate qualifications from Coventry University.

What iCoCo LDU offers:

  • 'Taster-day' training events
  • Community cohesion master classes
  • Training needs analysis
  • Training seminars and conferences
  • Community and workforce cohesion awareness training
  • Short courses in specific aspects of community cohesion
  • In-house development programmes

iCoCo LDU's approach to community cohesion training


iCoCo LDU's approach normally involves detailed discussions with potential clients to determine their exact requirements. We recognise that different organisations and bodies have different development needs. Following discussions, iCoCo LDU will agree the best approach to deliver the required support and training. Based on our experience, we would recommend a range of development options tailored to meet the needs of the individuals and the organisation.
